Terms of Service

By signing up to our free forum hosting service or accessing any of the services hosted within our systems, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. We reserve the right to amend or change these rules without notice and so it is your responsibility to review them regularly.

ZoomBoards operates a free hosting solution and whilst we make every effort to maintain 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee that our services will always be available. In addition, whilst we do attempt to take backups daily, we cannot be held responsible for any information or data that may be lost due to system failures, malicious activities or user errors.

All members are responsible for their sites and can and will be held liable for any material stored within. This includes but is not limited to adult or obscene material, warez, piracy, viruses, etc. Depending on the severity of content, you may be granted time to cleanup and moderate your forum or it may be deleted immediately.

We will automatically delete forums if any of the following points are true:
1. No admins have logged into the forums for 90+ days
2. No new posts in the last 90+ days
3. Questionable content is found and not cleaned up in the allotted time
4. You try to place your own PPC ads on the forum
5. The forum is solely being used to promote another site or forum
